Pat Boogie has been involved with event planning and promotions in Toronto independently for over 10 years. His company, Boogie Inc., specializes in events with the world's top DJ's, musicians and producers in the dance music industry. Over the years Pat has organized events at some of Toronto's finest venues. Most recently Pat secured a long weekend residency at The Mod Club for his "Legends Series" events alongside his business partner Andy Roberts, one of Toronto's top DJ/producers and owner of acclaimed house music label Mixed Signals Music. Pat and Andy also run an ongoing monthy party known as the "Deep End" Series. Boogie's most recent Legends Series event featured Grammy Award winning producer, Frankie Knuckles, The Godfather of House Music. Boogie Inc.'s latest project is the SouLive Music Series which features DJ sets as well as live performances from bands and vocalists. Headlining Volume One of the SouLive Music Series on June 30th at The Mod Club will be multi-platinum selling producer Osunlade, founder of Yoruba Records, known as one of the most important dance music labels in the world. Along with a DJ set by Osunlade will be the first ever Toronto performance by Osunlade’s 10 piece live band, the Yoruba Soul Orchestra. This band is comprised of 10 incredibly talented musicians from Greece, Italy and the USA.
