• Squash & roasted garlic gnocchi with brown butter; sage or rack of lamb with balsamic glazed sweet potato; rosemary jus or roasted chicken breast supreme with pearl onions, double smoked backon and creamy taragon sauce or chilean sea bass with seared scallops, marinated french beans, cilantro pesto potato puree; citrus butter desert creme brule flavoured with lavender and honey or milk chocolate; baileys tart with mint baileys ice cream.
