One of UP on Carling's primary focus is ensuring that our VIP & Bottle service more than meets your expectations.

Your night can begin with a pre-drink at the host's house, where we'll come pick you, and up to a party of 12, up in a free excursion limo. Upon arriving at the club, you will receive immediate line bypass followed by a quick ride in the VIP elevator. Escorted into the club, you will be seated in your VIP area and introduced to your personal VIP server. Enjoy complimentary appetizers with bottle service. The rest of the night is in your hands.

Tucked away in a corner at UP, the Wine and Tequila bar is built to educate the palatte, for those looking to learn about wine or those who accent their night out with a great bottle of wine from UP's tantalizing selection that always satisfies.

Premium and Specialty tequilas have emerged on the beverage scene at full force. The UP Wine Bar provides a selection of tastes and aromas so much more than what you may remember tequila being; these tequilas are poured for sipping, not shooting.

UP on Carling presents a finely tuned menu of appetizers and salads, offered all night long.

Snack on Mussel's or a 3 dip platter, or dive head first into our Carling Satay, Calamari, or our special Baked Brie. Select a bottle of wine from the Wine Bar to compliment the Antipasto Platter composed of various meats, olives, vegetables, cheeses, and freshly baked breads.
