Found on just off the Toronto harbor, the multi-leveled Government Night Club Toronto is two floors and six separate areas of party space spread over 22,000 square-feet, making it the largest nightclub in the city. The club reaches capacity at over 5,000 people, and Government club is known to become extremely busy on weekends with its wildly popular Friday and Saturday club nights and special events, with enough variety to cater to music lovers of all types.

The Drink
With the main Guvernment club area on the main floor, The Drink is found on the second floor of Guvernment club downtown Toronto. The Drink was formerly the Guvernment VIP section and hasn’t lost its feel of class or elegance, perfect for private parties and VIPs. The Drink features two fully staffed bars and its own DJ booth, entrance, coat check and washrooms with convenient access to the main floor as well as the rooftop patio.
Orange Room
As its name would suggest, the newly-renovated Orange Room is signified by its bright colors which give the space a very retro feel. Enter via the lit tunnel that leads you into the Orange Room which is vibrantly decorated with mirrors, glass tiles, hand-painted murals, and a beaded chandelier for ambience. This separate area of Guvernment Toronto offers another party space for up to 300 people with its own special events on Guvernment Fridays and separate DJ booth, 5,000 watt sound system, lounge areas and two fully-staffed bars.
Tanja
This is a magnificent Moroccan-themed lounge located inside Guvernment Night Club, which must be experienced to be believed. The Tanja Lounge is 600 square-feet on its own, capable of hosting parties of up to 50 people with its sunken den searing, large plush couches and beautifully designed tiled walls. Tanja also features its own fully-staffed Guvernment bar as well as private DJs known to spin a variety of music types depending on the evening.
Skybar
The Skybar gets its name for its view, as it is found on the Guvernment rooftop overlooking the Toronto skyline and harbor. Skybar Toronto remains open from spring to fall, as the 4,000 square-foot area can hold up to 400 people for private outdoor parties with a panoramic view of the city. Located on the third floor of Guvernment nightclub, Skybar also features two bars, it’s own DJ booth and sound system, unique lighting, lounge areas, and a marquee that can be used to enclose the entire area. Skybar is definitely one of the most exquisite areas of Guvernment club in Toronto.
The Patio
The Guvernment Patio is located on the main floor, capable of hosting up to 200 guests at one time. The Patio is designed to resemble a South Beach hotspot with a sexy lounge and plush seating, mirrored walls and fully-staffed bars. The Patio has become one of the most popular areas of Guvernment nightclub in Toronto and anyone who steps inside will have an urgency to revisit.
D’Luxe Lounge
The D’Luxe Lounge is arguably one of the most artistically conceptual rooms within club Guvernment Toronto, known to host a variety of private events as well as fashion shows, concerts and film shoots. Its large windows slide open to view the activity inside the main room of Guvernment nightclub, capable of hosting up to 150 people within its own 1,500 square foot capacity.
Gallery
The Guvernment Gallery is another stunning party area for special guests and private parties of up to 200 people. The Gallery’s open concept offers enough space for mingling with its own bar, a separate VIP area for lounging and plush couches that match the unique artistic design of this Guvernment lounge.
Guvernment Location
It’s hard to miss the Guvernment location, as the south side of the massive complex sits directly on Queens Quay East in downtown Toronto. On any given night, Guvernment nightclub Toronto can be seen surrounded with eager club-goers lined outside to get into special concerts and weekly regular events on Guvernment Fridays and Saturdays. Guvernment guest list bookings can be made online via the official Guvernment nightclub web site or via telephone by calling the venue directly. The Guvernment nightclub guest list provides express line bypass and does not include free admission unless otherwise stated. Those with Guvernment guestlist reservations are recommended to arrive at the venue early as the list closes after midnight. Guvernment dress code rules and age laws apply.
