Between all of the booze that was drank and the wild moment of the photographer snapping pictures, this guy moved in for the opportunity to cop a feel. Although she's yelling something it seems like shes having a good time. Let's hope so for his sake or the title of the blog will have to change a bit... but still have the word 'cop' in it!
