This may not have been a nightclub event but it drew in a lot of club goers and industry people to the opening of Gafas Lookbook, located at 561 Queen Street West. Kleen Media helped host this opening event while the staff at Gafas treated everyone to wine, snacks and a swag bag at the end of the night.

If you are looking for a stylish pair of summer shades, or even prescription glasses, Gafas is the place to go.

Cheval was host to a big name Toronto Fashion Week Event: Guess by Marciano. Cheval Nightclub was a packed house, as people packed in to see what is next to come from Guess. This was one of the more popular Toronto Fashion Week events. I'm pretty sure everyone at some point has owned at least one piece of Guess clothing.

During the 2009 Toronto Fashion Week, Evan Biddell was at Ultra Supper Club showing us why he won on 'Project Runway Canada'. Evan Biddell, 23, from Saskatoon loves to be the center of attention and has been making his own clothes since the age of 15.

“I believe that a designer should be fantasizing every minute he is working with fabric. If you’re going to design something today, it’s got to be pure fantasy, to the point where someone can walk down the street living your fantasy.”

It's a good thing when you see Canadian talent become successfull. Keep doing your thing!

Model Natalie Gauvreau was at Tryst Nightclub showing off some sexy Ed Hardy Swimwear to the club goers of Toronto. Also on hand that night to view the Ed Hardy Swimwear show was Jayde Nicole, the 2008 Playmate of the year, who I might add is from Scarborough, ON. This is just another example of how Toronto has the sexiest girls.

Mark and Serge from Kleen Media were proud to present Purple Cloth at Lobby Lounge for the 2009 Toronto Fashion Week. This wasn't the first appearance made by Purple Cloth. Last year they had a very successful Toronto Fashion Week show and this year's was more successful than the last.

Although the designer was not dressed in purple, she was looking very chic and sexy in a clean black and white outfit. When all eyes were not on the models that were running the catwalk, they were on her. Congrats!

As everybody knows, the biggest trend over the past few months has been the high waist. We've seen it on shorts, pants and skirts all over the city ...but that means we've seen it done right and we've also seen it completely butchered.  Both of the ladies in this picture hit the nail on the head.  They both went easy on the accessories and let their outfits speak for themselves.  Many girls in the city who strive to achieve the perfect high waisted look miss the mark by adding distracting colours, accessories, hair, and makeup to the mix.  The necklines of their tops and the neutral colour palettes of their outfits earned these two a spot on this week's best dressed list.
